Ann Michael has worked in eight different industries including information management, strategy and management consulting, software development, and publishing. Beginning her career with an analytical and execution-oriented focus, she progressed through the ranks of various companies from Business Analyst to Program Director. This focus expanded to include business strategy and product development in her role as Executive Director of Strategic Product Development (for a medical publisher) prior to founding Delta Think in 2005.

Ann is President and Principal Consultant for Delta Think, a publishing and digital media consultancy focused on innovation in product strategy, development, and management. Delta Think clients have included Nature Publishing Group, Wolters Kluwer Health, SAGE Publications, the American Institute of Physics, the Massachusetts Medical Society, the American Medical Association, the Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery, Kaplan Higher Education, Kaplan Publishing, and many others. Engagements focus on defining and executing customer-centered business, product, and implementation strategies.

Although Ann has extensive background implementing large business and technical programs, her unique value is her successful experience managing change in publishing environments.
