Jennifer Hogan has worked in several different industries including information management, software development and publishing. Her background contains a distinctive combination of technical support, project management and leadership experience. Jennifer began her career in sales and quickly progressed to project management and Director of Professional Services. Jennifer has worked with companies such as: Kyocera, Texas Instruments, Cargotec, Schneider Electric, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics (a Johnson and Johnson company), AGFA Healthcare, and many others.
Engagements have focused on customer analysis, defining content management solutions, implementation and customer support. Throughout her career, Jennifer's efforts have been instrumental in effectively leading process improvements, resolving customer technical issues, facilitating comprehensive technical training, developing targeted customer solutions and leading these customer installations from conception stages to final completion.
